Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been processed.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package’s progress. The tracking information may take up to one business day to appear on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@g80.com. Please provide a description of the damage along with photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at support@g80.com for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following

Please note, you are responsible for shipping charges, and we recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to ten business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
